A gift was purchased for me, corsair case and AIO cooler but thr lights where not syncing... icue issues it was called, the commander pro was replaced and tested even tested a part i didnt purchase from them (out of kindness) and while they where showing me that everything works they help me make a purchase to just pay for as they already collected the mouse i wanted.
