**** service to a paying customer

I have placed a order at Evetech over a week ago, waited for shipping details that never came. Emailed their sales and was told they do not ship everyday and they do not know when they are doing their next shipping.

I kept on sending emails for updates and was told 2 days ago they are shipping my order the next day and will send me the shipping details. It is now 2 days, 50min on hold on the phone and 4 emails later with no response and still no shipping details.

Do not tell clients something and the lie to them, what **** service is this?

You need to get your house in order and start paying more attention to the way you handle business.
