Seriously disappointing customer feedback and quality assurance processes.

I though Evetech was the place to go for my gaming needs. But it has sadly honestly a bit disappointing. I bought a gaming chair a few years back and it broke while in warrantee. It was sent back to them and they said they could not fix it as they did not have the parts and it would take 6 months to get the parts. 6 months later i contact them to find out if they have the parts and i finally get something that is not a correct part and then finally get reimbursed and get another chair. Then I bought a gaming laptop. From when I took my laptop in for a warrantee repair, it was given back and it came back with the fan making a noise. So needed to be sent again. So i sent it back and it has to go to the manufacturer so i can wait 21 days. I get a mail every week with exactly the same thing that they sent to me when it was sent to manufacturer without any actual feedback. Seriously disappointing feedback and quality assurance processes.
