Sent PC for repair, comes back way worse.

I sent my pc to evetech for repairs. (Won't start. Fans start spinning, then pc switches off) PC returned today with shockingly little padding, glass broken and my entire box is covered in shattered glass fragments. After spending 2 hours removing every glass piece, I plug my computer in, and computer won't start. Fans start spinning, the pc switch off. Oh, and they replaced my 1TB hard drive with 500 gig, and I'm very sure they still have my working hard drive in Joburg with all my data. And I had to pay courier for the "privilege".

How are you still in business?
