Returns policy/procedure not in line with CPA.

Return policy with regards to faulty unit is terrible .Steer clear. They still need to read the CPA. They didn't want to refund me full paid price on a faulty returned motherboard. They offered about half of what was paid . Reasons given was ridiculous. We/friends/colleagues have bought many product from them, that was the last . Need to buy replacement laptops for staff . Evetech will not feature. .
