Regret supporting EVETECH!

i spent over 80K on a high end computer and this is how i get treated!!

first problem The CPU overheats and restarts the pc then this takes me to bios setting not even windows and warns me of CPU temperature high.

second problem they send a pc case where the middle case fan does not even work.

third problem the headset sound quality is not to my satisfaction my older version is better.

i emailed them stating my problems and they were kind enough to fetch the pc and fix the relevant problems.

so i thought

only to get called to tell me there is nothing wrong with the CPU thus making it sound like I'm making it all up... i was then told to provided evidence of the cpu overheating once the pc is back.

the pc case fan was replaced with one they had, if its second hand or not i will not know... so this is rectified according to them.

lastly they could not help me change the headset for a different one due to the fact that i did not provide a cardboard cover pieces that was in the headset box therefore they cant help me.

i supported these guys paid alot of money for a computer and this is what i get as a customer.

all due respect i regret supporting EVETECH!!

i should have supported wootware because there i know they would have made a plan to make a difference
