Refreshing experience!

I have purchased a ASUS TUF laptop from them 1.5 years ago. All good on sales and shipment side. About a month ago the screen just went black. Repair beyond economical value due to manufacturing default. Now I have seen some bad reviews about after sale service. But this was not my experience. Their outsource warranty company, Pinnacle, together with Evetech, did all the work by the book. They sounded honest and reasonable, and gave me the full credit after sending laptop in for inspection. And with my credit I have bought another laptop (different make of course) from Evetech again, as my trust in them is secure now.
