Really bad support

I bought a laptop from Evetech in November 2021. After 2 months of using it I received blue screens of death every two minutes for an error with the installed SSD. After contacting Evetech they said I have to send an email as they don't have a direct line to support that you can call. I had to drop off my laptop at their premises, which is 22km away. Now I have to wait for them to assess the issue and most probably go pick up the laptop or pay for delivery. This is costing me so much money, after I already paid a substantial amount to begin with, that I will never buy from them again. It seems that all the other reviews are also about bad support, how has this not been addressed or fixed.
