Poorest service ever!!

I have ordered a gaming chair through Evetech end of April. They don't answer their phones and they take forever to reply on emails, when they do they don't answer the questions you asked them. On their website they state that normally it takes 2 to 3 working days and with an overlock 6 to 7 working days.

Today marks the 9th working day, and their courier services "ARAMEX" is saying that its going to take another 3 to 4 working days.

If i could advise any one. Don't purchase any thing in this website, you'll wait a half a month for it.
