Poor support and lack of customer care from Evetech.

Bad service from sales department, as well as terrible service from the support/RMA team.

I've ordered a few things from evetech, over the last couple years, the items I've ordered, have actually been different items to what i received.

In December I ordered a 2TB Klevv NVME, I received the Samsung 970 2TB instead. After a while, when the drive started to fill up, my PC started the BSOD. Started running checks, and found that the Samsung NVME was showing bad sectors, and then causing a BSOD.

Opened an RMA ticket, took the NVME to Evetech myself, and then waited a few days for them to work on the ticket. which was picked up by Christo Marx, who then proceeded to basically just leave my emails that were in response to him saying there's nothing wrong with the drive. Till I actually called him, and you could hear in his voice he clearly doesnt like his job, working with customers, or knows what he's doing. As he proceeded to mail me a couple days later, to say the drive is fine, and I must collect it.

Put the drive back into my PC. loaded a couple games to the drive, and guess what. Bad sectors, BSOD's and now a ******* windows registry.
