Poor service / Non delivery

Placed and paid for order EVE908482 on 3 April 2022 on items that are all on promotion, which I will assume are therefore in stock. Now on 28 April it still shows on their system as booked for shipping. 25 days from Pretoria to Roodepoort is a bit slow seeing that I paid R99 for delivery.
