Poor service + Bum product = this experience.never again!

We purchased two Dell Inspiron 5410 Laptops from Evetech Solutions via their website, on the 4th October, which we had delivered to our premises. First problem: the warranties on both machines had expired in September 2022 Second problem: resolution of the first problem took a couple of weeks. Our purchase of extended warranties had to be resolved by a third party entirely (we have been witing since mid-November 2022 for Evetech Solutions to respond) Third problem: product performance (in multiple areas), including battery life (two hours on a good day), camera, regular Windows crashes. Once again, no response from Evetech Solutions to our email notification. We regret ever contacting them because customer service is non-existent.
