Poor service

I expected decent service from them after buying a R40 000 pc, but was very disappointed. After paying them and giving it a few days, I called them and asked if they can send it urgently as I wouldn't be at home by the time they would eventually deliver it. They **** and said it will be on it's way same day. A week later still nothing so I decide to call them again, just for them to tell me they are still busy building it.. The agent promised to get it sent off and call me to let me know. That didn't happen either. Now it's another week later, still no one called me, and it's delayed even further with Aramex.. Wanted to buy more stuff from them, but will rather go somewhere else. Very poor service..
