Poor service and no response for refund

Although I have had relatively good experience working with Evetech in the past, they have failed to deliver when it really matters. I placed an order the about a week ago and paid for the order as instructed. They only notified me there was no stock and that they would contact me to arrange alternatives about half a week later and now a week after placing the order I am still waiting for the call. I have requested for a refund a number of times, first trying to phone only to be told phones were not being answered and then using email still without any meaningful response. Now they have my money and nothing is being given in return, this is really not an example of good customer experience. I would not recommend them at all.
