Poor service and no correspondence once they have the payment

After my additional payment and documented request for a higher valued item, Evetech still sent the incorrect lower value item. After numerous requests to send the correct item, no feedback or correspondence from Evetech. I was a subscriber to this on-line PC dealer for many years and bought substantial high value items from them. However, it seems that Evetech, like many on-line dealers, do not provide client service and satisfaction after a period of time.
