Poor service and even worse communication

Strongly advise against using them.

Placed an order on 19/07/2021 along with payment , Was waiting for them until 29/07/2021 for my items . never came , asked for a refund of my money so I could go somewhere else, its 04/08/2021 .. no feedback no idea when they will refund me I've even sent a mail to upper management and still no response.. They clearly don't care about doing business and clients.
