POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a Laptop and and after not even one hour of use the laptop crashed and send me into bios, after having a look n saw that that the laptop was not reading the SSD. The next day which was the Thursday I sent a email to address the problem, a consultant told me that it would be picked up the following day. Friday morning I called to make sure everything is in order and the same consultant told me that they woud be receiveing my laptop the following week. So Monday came and I had heard nothing from them so I called on Tuesday and asked about the progress and they said that it has not even arrived yet, after calling the courier service which they organised I heard that the laptop would only arrive there on the following Friday, and I was told that it would be back before then so meaning my laptop woud be about two weeks later than promised! Keep in mind I paid almost R19000 for this laptop and I would like this resolved!!
