Poor customer service

Drove very far to come pick up my husband’s new laptop. We were told via email on the yesterday that it was ready, got here just to not be helped in the main building and to be rudely sent to collections, where we waited 10 minutes just to be told the laptop is not ready and we have to wait for them to install the RAM on the computer. Very very very disappointed and will not recommend them at all!
