Poor After Sales Support

Poor after sales support.

I've recently bought a laptop from Evetech. However, when I received my laptop the username folder in "C:\Users\" was spelt incorrectly. Before I've noticed it, I already logged into my windows account, personalized my desktop, and configured many other settings. I notified Evetech about the issue and after several emails they suggested to delete the current account, create a new one and redo all settings as configured before. I am still unsatisfied with their support and disappointed in their attitude.

Note that I'm only satisfied with the price and quality of the laptop I purchased.
