Poor after sales service becoming a concern

Having purchased numerous items from Evetech, including 3 expensive Gaming Laptops, without hastels, I thought that after sales service will also be a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately not.

On 18 May 2023 I have booked my one Laptop in for repairs under warrantee due to a faulty keyboard and, notwithstanding numerous calls and emails ONLY from my side, and eventually being told that a replacement keyboard has been ordered, I still do not physical confirmation that it has in fact been ordered and when I can expect to receive my laptop.

Please be aware that the after sales service is not up to standard an becoming a huge frustration and concern to me.
