PC Quote

So I request a quote for a Custom PC build and then I get n quote for a PC over R11000 I don't know if I was naïve to think that it would be better. I mean If i request a quote and tell you the budget is under R10 000, why over? I mean for a Media Server what they quoted me is ridiculous. I need somewhat minimal requirements. 8GB of RAM 128GB SSD and a fairly decent CPU and GPU, nothing over powered just decent especially the GPU as I need it for Hardware Transcoding.
