Pathetic aftersales service and delivery wait period

They have great prices, but as soon as you have made your payment then you can forget about getting that after sales service. I have now been waiting a full 5 business days for my order for which I paid almost R6000 for. When you contact Evetech they tell you that an order takes up to 2 business days to reach Cape Town, but alas no delivery, no feedback on the delivery. I was also told that it has been escalated to their dispatch officer who will get back to, but I am yet to hear back from that said person too. I contacted Aramex who told me that they are yet to receive a waybill from Evetech in order for them to deliver the item to Cape Town.

If I could give them no stars, then I would.
