Outstanding Service from Francois at Evetech!

II know Evetech have been taking a lot of strain recently in the reviews but I wanted to share some outstanding service I received from them this week! On Monday last week I placed an online order for a new Dell Inspiron 14" 5391 notebook for a new client (I provide IT services) and normally you receive courier delivery notifications from Evetech within a few days. However this time I was getting no feedback from Evetech. I tried calling, but after waiting 10 minutes the line would disconnect. I tried emailing but no one responded for days. Eventually I got so desperate that I drove to Evetech to see if I could actually talk to someone...

Fortunately, I was helped by Francois. He explained how Evetech were processing in excess of 200 computers a day (custom memory & drives) and how they were struggling to meet the unprecedented demand for new machines as a result of the lockdown. Evetech only has 3 telephone lines and they were being completely overwhelmed.

Francois took my order details and arranged for me to pick up the client's laptop a few days later on a Saturday morning. True to his word, I was contacted about the collection, and everything went smoothly from there!

So a big thank you to Evetech and Francois for helping me save a new client relationship!!!
