Not willing to replace brand new faulty laptop!

I received my HP Laptop with a faulty USB port. Got the machine, inserted the USB ****le for wireless mouse but could not remove it. This device worked 100% in my Dell. Reported it to Evetech within minutes of me receiving the laptop. Then I was expected to have a brand new laptop repaired. You guys suck big time....it was not my first purchase from you but most certainly the last!
