My experience with Evetech has been HORRIBLE!

I purchased a laptop from Evetech and realised a week later that they had sent me the wrong laptop, a 8GB RAM instead of a 16GB RAM ( I would not have realised this if it hadn't been for a friend who took a look at the unit). When I received the unit,it had already been set up which I thought was odd as it was supposed to be a brand new laptop. I notified Evetech about the error on the 20th of May and included a photo of the laptops brain to prove that it was an 8 GB RAM instead of a 16GB RAM, it took a WHOLE MONTH for them to get someone to collect the laptop after a numerous amount of empty promises from their side. Once the unit was collected, they sent an email to inform me that they received the unit and that they had made an error on their website as the unit I purchased does not support a 16GB RAM (after knowing about the RAM size for a whole month).They refunded me but refused to include the money I spent on shipping even though i did not receive a product from them in the end as it was their ERROR.

I am very disappointed as I was sold an item that was falsely advertised. I won't recommend Evetech to anyone.
