Not happy.

Pretty disappointing.<br> <br> My ATI card I bought from you broke down. I bought a 960 GTX on recommendation from Evetech, and the faulty ATI was replaced with a 960 GTX and a R500 pay-in because I wanted to get SLI.<br> <br> All of this 3 weeks ago, turns out the two cards cannot SLI because the VRAM is not the same, so I'm stuck now. After spending close to 50k at this company I ask for a plan to be made, so the \plan\" was to take my one 960 GTX (week old) and trade it for a year old second hand one (Smaller 2GB one). I asked if they could maybe just take the two and give me a 970 GTX, which works out much less than both cards, I would take the damage, here is the reply:<br> <br> \"\"You bought the one previously then you had a amd card for warranty.<br> You then asked me to see if i could get the nvidia gtx 960 for you so i did and got you the 4gb variant because that was the one they had.<br> <br> There is no way i can give you a 970 for your 2 960's this isnt a swop and go you know.<br> I made a plan so that you can bring in your card and the one guy here can swap his card for yours so that you can SLI as they will then both be the 2gb varient.\"\"<br> <br> This is one way to lose a customer, I guess."
