Not a happy customer

Morning,

I am not happy or impressed. I placed an order on the 20th and it still has not even been dispatched.

Your website states Delivery (not dispatch) 1-3 days to main centers.

High volume of sales doesn't cut it with me. Get more staff, grrrrrrrrr

Haven't even been sent tracking info yet.

New expected delivery of Monday 29th is 9 days after order placement. grrrr

This was supposed to be a surprise birthday present.

And yes overnight delivery is very possible from Gauteng to Durban, I do it all the time.

Not a happy customer.
