Non existing service

I have been shuffled from one person to the next with no feedback regarding the unit I bought. The support I have had from Evetech as a customer is beyond poor and I cannot in good conscieus refer anyone to do business with Evetech. I bought a unit on the 29 of June, today is the 13 of August, how is this acceptable, the unit broke not 3 weeks after receiving it. Two days in a row now I phone the support team and they keep telling me they will phone me back, I am stil waiting...
