Non existing customer service

Evetech have the best prices in the industry, but to get something ordered is another story. I ordered an upgrade kit, just for it to be delivered without the AIO cooler as it was advertised. I have been struggling now for two days already with 4 phone calls and 4 emails to try and get a response, but only to be dissapointed again and again. No one is willing to help!!!! What type of business are they running?
