No service after proof of payment has been sent.

I bought a laptop through our company, Sanlam, for one of our advisors. The R15499 has been paid last week and since then I have received no feedback at all. If this is not resolved soon I will get our legal team to get involved. We buy from them on a regular basis and now, during the worst of times, this is the treatment we get.

Horrible to say the least!!!
