No repair or warranty validity

Viewsonic curved monitor purchased. Screen had a large crack down one side. Possibly dropped by courier. No repair or replacement as "box was not damaged". If this was Takealot, it would have been replaced without question. R4k wasted. Have spent at least R80k over the last year with Evetech, and will never spend a cent there again.
