No feedback, No order, no Tracking Number no Consensus

Today marks the 10th day of my first order, only ordered components.

According to Ame, the order was to be shipped on the 12th or the 13th, this has come and has gone.

On the 15th on a different ticket number Johann told me the upgrade kit was out of stock.

The evening of 16th Ame said the order to be shipped on Monday this week 18th (So the upgrade kit no longer out of stock like Johann mentioned?).

Ame said that only the mouse pad was out of stock and the order is ready to be shipped.

If this is the case why the holdup?

If there is stock for the 3600x please go ahead with the order and provide me with the tacking number.

If there is NO stock then please, let me know so I can organize for something else.
