No Customer Service

I bought a PCupgrade kit (CPU, Motherboard and Memory) it arrived and after installing it found out that the motherboard was not able to use the CPU it was shipped with because the BIOS was not updated. I called as soon as I found out and after many calls in which I was told that the motherboard I was given may have not had its BIOS updated. I was told they would get back to me about resolving the issue. They never did.
