No communication led to my warranty to expire.

Evetech's inability to respond led to my warranty expiring. Their best offer is a R 500 discount on a lesser product. This after I spent R 20K+ on a machine and started reporting errors within two months of purchase. I used multiple channels - always the same outcome. No response. They make it impossible for you to book in your machine. Now they claim my warranty lapsed by have selective amnesia about the fact that I tried to make contact multiple times. Not only did they sell me a faulty product they further prevented me from getting it fixed under warranty. I tried since 2020 to make contact. First reply I got from Evetech was after 7 months of trying.
