No aftersales care of faulty Laptop

HI There,

Bought a quite expensive, "so-called" spec to run graphics. I cannot even open Google without the frustration of waiting for long intervals between each operation. I have contacted them several times to assist with a solution - to no avail! I have a much cheaper, lower-spec all in one Lenovo Pc - works like a dream - much cheaper, and very responsive. I am sitting with a laptop that I cannot use, and no assistance from Evetech! ***
