No after service, no feedback

I bought a MSI laptop from them about a year ago. Had to send it back this year for a screen repair. It has now been almost 6 weeks since they received my laptop for the repair. You don't get feedback from their service department, if you phone they send a mail asking for feedback from the service department but no feedback whatsoever. I am honestly worried if my laptop is with them still and even being fixed. Save yourself lots of frustration and don't buy from them. There is no after service from them and they clearly don't care if you look at all the bad reviews on here.
