Never use Evetech, go somewhere else.

These people had the information wrong about one of their products, misleading me into believing they had the part and did not even look to see if they physically had it in stock, invoiced me for an item they never even had, so they had sent me a different item than what was on my invoice and just told me to keep it and said it was compatible, so I tried to see if it would work, it did not, I call them and say it doesn't work and I want a refund, send it back and now they claim I broke it and will not give me my refund. What the hell is this???? My original issue was that it was the wrong item and your sales people misled me to believe you had an item which you NEVER had, then the 'professionals' advised me to try use the item, and when i do and see it doesn't work they come back and say I broke it. Problems from the beginning and speaking to 4 different people in 5 days calling the whole day only to have your people put the phone down on me immediately? Absolutely horrible customer service and management, do not use these people, they cause more problems than they solve! Not to mention my first PC which was built by them and sent to me, no one told me the parts I ordered were incompatible, they just want your money and nothing else.
