Never buy form them if you can't afford to lose
Resently bought a laptop that hafe some issues after advice to try the brand service first and waiting for 2months+ to no avail I decided to return. After returning the laptop with promises of updates and quick response hear we are still waiting and it feels like a lot of money wasted.

09 Sept 2020, 13:06Don't bother this company *****s time and money, after returning a laptop waiting a week for response the technician gave the all clear no fault found, went to collect waited an hour was nearly late back to work missed lunch and the kicker is a manager won't come to see you and you can't go to him/her because covid. And with how things are I am guessing I still have the same issue but that will probably be another update on this post
