Never again!

I ordered a headset for my PS4 Slim on 19/05/2020.

After watching reviews I discovered that the headset was not compatible with the PS4 Slim and I contacted Evetech on 20/05/2020 instructing them to cancel the order and the reason why.

I paid with a credit card which means that a refund can be done immediately and directly back into the card (I work in the payments industry).

To make a long story short, after numerous emails and follow-ups after being ignored, I finally got a refund on 02/06/2020. 13 days after I requested the order to be cancelled and the money to be refunded!

To make things worse, my final order amount was R1993.95 and I only got refunded R1894.25.

This is very disappointing as I've dealt with Evetech once before on behalf of my company and given the current economic climate I thought I'd much rather buy from them and support local/small business rather than get a headset from Takealot or another big retailer. Sadly, after this and the shocking customer service I received, I will never buy from or recommend them no matter how low their prices are.
