Need it repaired under warranty,no problem...rather buy a new one as we will lose it for you

We spent just short of 1 million in the year buying from them , good sales service , technical staff it seems is a different caliber .We sent in a NUC for repairs , they replaced it fast enough but then delivered it to the wrong address and now the NUC is considered a write off.This means we have to replace the client with a new NUC which is about R11 000.Suffice to say , this makes me feel buying from them is no problem but if you need something repaired be aware that you might need lose it even although you give all the right information and expect the service department to blame you that it went wrong.We are already looking at other vendors to supply us now with computers/laptops
