Need Better Customer Service.

I have mixed experience with Evetech. The reason why the rating isn't higher is their weak customer service. I think their products are great at an affordable price. I had 2 bad experiences.

First. We went through to by my Nieces PC which was an AMD with an A320 Mobo. I asked them to update the bios for win 11 compatibility. They gave me an attitude *That is Standard* Got back home and it was not updated.

Second. Usually I built my own pc's but we urgently needed a PC for my brother for his work/personal. We ordered a pre-built. PC arrive and did not switch on. Opened the PC and nothing was plugged in. I send them an Email about it. I told them it is fine as I am Tech and can fix it myself but what if an old person ordered the PC and got home and it did not work. You cannot expect them to drive 60+ km for you to fix it.... They never gave me a response.

Advice. Get your staff up to scratch regarding customer services. I am a web dev and respond within the first hour to any client.
