MSI Substandard laptop sold

Purchased a MSI laptop which broke during 1st 2 months of having it. Drove to their offices in Centurion to hear that after 7 days I must take it to Sandton. It has been with Partserve Channel for nearly 2 weeks with an excuse a day. Yet they do not offer a replacement, but insist on fixing it with a waiting period of days. In the mean time my daughter is without her laptop at university which requires that she drives up and down between benoni and pretoria. I trusted evetech and MSI......what a great disappointment
