MSI Laptop Causing issues

Evetech as a company is awesome to deal with. I have no gripe with the company.

The MSI laptop that I purchased (MSI PULSE GL76 12UGK 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H up to 4.70GHz Processor, 24MB Cache, 14x Cores, 20x Threads / 32GB DDR4 RAM / 1TB Ultra-Fast NVMe SSD / 17.3" Full HD (1920 x 1080) Anti-Glare 360Hz IPS-Level Display / NVIDIA 30 Series GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 Graphics / Windows 11 Home (64bit) )had a faulty screen from the very start. I purchased the laptop from Evetech, and they are going to be dealing with the issue. I am just very displeased with MSI as a brand, as this is the second purchase of an MSI laptop that needed to be sent back. Previously I ended up with a Dell laptop instead, which I was very pleased with. I thought I would give MSI a chance again, to my utter disappointment. The screen flickers and goes black, the screen lags during certain commands. I spent a lot of money on the purchase, and made sure that it was the specifications that I need for the programs that I use. I use my laptop every single day for my work, having to send it in to be checked is going to set me back in a bad way with regard to my work.
