Most horrific customer care

I have never experienced such horrible customer care and service. On the 8th of June I returned a Laptop to them as I was unhappy with the quality of the machine, after spending a fortune on it. I asked for a full refund. They took the item back and said as per their policy it takes 2-3 days for a refund. After waisting calls after calls after calls and just being lead in circles, I finally receive a email on the 15th of June to say my refund has been refunded. Today is the 19th of June and I still have not been refunded. When you phone them no one seems to know what is happening and just can’t seem to be helped or guided. Don’t support them with any business as once they have taken your money you are dead to them. After all this I also get a email stating I have been refunded less then what I have paid for the actual laptop, they instructed a courier will come collect the “Free” Evetech branded laptop back pack you receive with purchase. Then they don’t and just subtract the cost of the “Free” back pack without any questions or warning. I’ve been hounding them for my refund and stating I am immigrating the weekend past and I need those funds back… and yet not even then will they try and help make things work.
