Missing Stock
Bought an upgrade kit from them that was missing a RAM module. They indicated that the RAM was in the rapping around the monitor which it was not. They will not fix their mistake and after 20 days of not being able to use my new upgrade there answer is that I must pay for another RAM module. I will never use Evetech again.

17 Mar 2023, 11:37Up to today Evetech has never attempted to contact or resolve this issue any further. Their lack of service, accountability and after service has left with me with no choice but to move the purchases of my company from them to another supplier. We used to acquire between 15 and 30 laptops a month which is now business lost to them. Don't except bad service, hold your suppliers accountable and ultimately support the businesses that gives great service and really cares about you.
