Make sure about your warrenty

I wonder what the point is in paying for extended warranty when there's nothing to be done about my AC Adapter that blew up this morning.

Being referred person to person, company to company without any conclusion.

I do not need a quote for a new AC Adapter, I need the faulty one replaced and not at my expense. Still standing by for Terms and Conditions to be sent to me.
