Laptop out of box failure

Always had really awesome service from Evetech in the past, but my last purchase has really sucked so far. Bought a MSI GE62 laptop which at over 30k is definitely not a cheap purchase. The AC adaptor died after less than a day, and I was told to take it to Partserve Channel Support. This is basically a out of the box failure, so I really think I should've just gotten a new adaptor immediately , but now I've waited almost two weeks for one, so sitting with a brand new laptop that I can't use and I can't do my work properly. The best part is that there is not even an ETA on when a new adaptor will arrive. Not cool guys!
