Lack of communication

I really used to love the service of Evetech. Have spent probably close to R100k with them over the years and the service was 5 star. But my last few orders have been less than satisfying to the point that I will not be buying from them again. They tell me that a PC build takes 7 - 8 days and it is stated on the website. Well I cannot find it and I have now looked. Their excuse is they send out 1000 orders a day. I wonder looking at the decline in trust if it is not time to invest in more personnel and get back to 5 stars.
