If your customer feels ****** you are doing something very wrong

I really like Evetech's prices and products and staff and spent a fair amount with them , but ........ - I ordered a pair of Headphones (R1395.45 + R133 delivery to Rivonia = R1528.45) - I received the set, tried thm on and they are too big for me. - I called Evetech to return. - Drove 28km to Evetech to personally deliver the headset in perfect unused condition.

Was credited R1063 (after having it explained to me that a 20% handling fee is for sending them back to the USA for repacking etc. ...... right) , and of course the non refundable delivery charge. I lost R465.45 because a headset did not fit my head.

I'm sorry but I will move my business and everyone I turned on to you.
