If I could rate lower than ! star I would

I placed an order for one of their upgrade bundles, not pricey a nice starter rig around R5499 as the rig it was replacing is on it's last legs.

It took 4 working days for them to inform me the item I ordered and paid for in full which was listed as "in stock" on their site was no longer actually in stock.

What is worse is the sales consultant offered an alternative motherboard for R399 and some equivalent memory for no extra cost. The insult comes in that the combo with the same CPU, the "alternative mobo" and some arguably better RAM was selling for only R100 more than the combo I ordered making their "alternative" R299 more than the same product on their own site.

TLDR: Not only did they take long to inform about stock limitations on items listed as "in stock" they make an alternative suggestion at a cost far higher than the one listed on their own site.

Never had problems with orders in the past but this was beyond insulting.

Honestly guys up your game so we can play ours.
